The Stop Locator Tool allows you to accurately position Pin Stops using your CNC machines spindle. The ability to place stops at exact XY locations on your table makes setting up non-rectangular shapes a snap, eliminating the need to probe or edge-find workpieces.
Stop Locator Tool attaches to customer supplied 1/2 gas toolholder.
Once the spindle is in the desired location, the Pin Stop is placed under the Stop Locator Tool.
The spring loaded handle is pulled down and a hole in the plastic pin is lined up with the point on the tool. Vacuum is applied to the stop, fixing its location directly below the spindle.
