Simple-Vac cups can be used anywhere and are very easy to use.
Only a compressed air line is needed to generate vacuum. This option
can be applied to almost all of the Blick Suction Cup product line
at a minimal cost.
Provided for virtually all Rectangular,
Round, and Shaped
Suction Cups (Generally not recommended but possible for most
Supports.) Check these respective sections for availability.
Recommended air requirements 1.5 CFM @ 80 psi.
Different options available.
Standard Option
Has a single vacuum zone supplied by a venturi vacuum generator. The
air fitting allows another vacuum cup to be connected in series.(Daisy
chained. Not recommended more than one cup daisy chained at a time.)
A plug is provided when the air fitting is not in use.
Double
Vacuum Generator Option
Has two independent vacuum zones with a venturi vacuum generator
dedicated to each one. This allows a fabricator more control over
each of the two zones. Consumes twice as much air as a single vacuum
generator. (3 CFM @ 80 psi.)
