Vacuum Chamber Fixtures allow for use of the Intermac
to rout, edge and polish difficult to hold shapes such as bowls and sinks.
Parts can be held in place and routed close to vertical dimentional changes
not otherwise possible. The fixtures have replaceable top and bottom seals
and conform tightly ot the part being produced. Each Vacuum Chamber Fixture
is provided with a setup drawing for easy operator setup. The fixtures
are used in conjunction with a Vacuum Regulator Unit to control the amount
of vacuum needed to properly hold the part in place. The fixtures are
located on the bed of the machine in the same manner as a typical plate
style fixture.
